PSNY’s required Kettlebell Introduction series lets our instructors focus on your alignment and posture so that you can get cut—not hurt.
Here, you’ll learn the basics of proper technique, from the right way to carry weight of any kind to pulling off a perfect plank. Once movements have been mastered, you’ll have the opportunity to test out and “graduate” to the Fundamentals classes.

This second level is designed to refine and build upon the exercises learned in the Introduction to Kettlebells series.
These sessions take your progress to a new level as you master goblet squats, deadlifts, kettlebell swings, Turkish get-ups, rows and loaded carries. Bodyweight exercises round out the program for a full workout that unlocks strength and builds power and grace in your movements.
As you become stronger and more experienced, you’ll earn an invitation to what is currently the most intense level PSNY offers.
Cleans, snatches, military presses and alternating one-armed swings make their appearances at this stage as you discover your own extraordinary strength and celebrate the progress you’ve made so far in this rewarding journey.
